How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cocollect.art with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, only within the U.S.
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read more about our Return Policy here.
My order is a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer gift wrapping.
How does the gift card work?
All gift cards are digital. When you purchase a gift card, you can choose to send it to yourself or directly to the recipient, including a personalized message. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for how to redeem.
What does the membership fee cover?
Your One-Time Membership Fee includes:
- 1-1 consultation with an expert art advisor who will learn about your space, preferences, budget, and needs
- A digital measurement of your home so we can recommend art based on your precise specs and style
- Presentation of bespoke art selections, with up to 3 artwork options for each art space, and the ability to see exactly how the art looks before deciding on your collection
- Access to our collection of artworks for to loan or purchase.
