How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cocollect.art with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally, only to the 48 contiguous states.

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

My order is a gift. Do you include price information on your packing slips? How about gift wrap?

We never include the price on anything we ship out, and we don’t currently offer gift wrapping.

How does the digital gift card work?

When you purchase a digital gift card, you can choose to send it to yourself or directly to the recipient. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for how to redeem.

What does the membership fee cover?

It covers a few things! It begins with your consultation with an expert art advisor who will learn more about your space, preferences, budget and needs. Then, it includes a digital measurement of your home so we can recommend art based on your precise specs and style. The final piece of the membership fee covers your bespoke curations, where we personally select up to 3 artwork options for each placement, and present them to you digitally rendered in your space. We take into consideration the full collection, and how each piece works throughout your home. You’ll be able to see exactly how the art looks – and provide feedback – before deciding on your collection.
